2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA draws in big numbers to support Telethon.

The 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA has been built by Residential Building WA, at The Hales estate. This is the second year in a row that the Telethon Home has been built on Evergreen Grove, making this street the most generous street in Forrestfield!

This year’s home brings a fresh and modern custom design to the leafy setting of The Hales estate. Satterley and The Hales estate, along with Residential Building WA, will generously donate part proceeds from the sale of the home to Telethon.

Over 700 people flocked to The Hales estate property and enjoyed the carnival extravaganza event with a special appearance from Fat Cat. It was a great day out for families with food trucks and community stalls, live music and plenty for the kids to do including face painting, side show ally games and carnival attractions like stilt walking, hula hooping and epic bubble blowing.

Onlooker eagerly watched the auction of the stunning 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA that ended in success with a donation of $655,000 being made to Telethon.

“Adding $655,000 to Telethon’s record-breaking fundraising total is a great result of the kids,” JWH Group Managing Director, Julian Walter said.

The Hales features quality public open spaces, with all houses centred around a substantial strip of parkland. The Hales is landscaped to retain the natural features of the site; built around existing native Marri and Jarrah trees and the trickling waters of Crumpet Creek.

Satterley CEO, Nigel Satterley said “It has been a fantastic result to raise much-needed funds for Telethon and we gladly welcome the new owners to one of our newest estates The Hales. Thank you to the local community who helped contribute to today’s festivities, The Hales is proud to house the most generous street in Forrestfield!”.

This custom designed home is built for family and is a mix of modern open planned living and traditional private spaces create the right balance of family and personal space in this year’s home.

“Building the Telethon Home is a project we are incredibly passionate about. With the support of our staff, trades and long-term suppliers…the JWH Group has raised well over $18 million for Telethon.” Mr Walter said.
