Do I need to have land before I choose a home builder?
No, you don’t need to have land before you choose your builder, with New Level homes you can choose from 60+ 2 storey designs under $300k so no matter whether your block is narrow, square, or even house behind a house we will have a design that fits

How does New Level build?

How long does it take to build a fully framed or hybrid home?
When building a two-storey home there are a lot of points to consider including the complexity of the site, details of the design, turn-key finishing options, and current market conditions. These components will affect how long the build will take. In usual circumstances, an average build time using hybrid construction methods can range from 30-40 weeks, from slabdown and lightweight can range from 20-30 weeks, from slabdown.

What inclusions can I expect in my New Level Home?

When is the right time to build?
The second half of 2020 saw a surge of interest in building and renovating due to Government stimulus. From inner suburb developments through to estate subdivisions, land prices rose and immediate availability of land and tradie availability decreased. The buying cycle sped up as supply vs demand experienced imbalance.
Key indicators would predict that beginning your investigation phase immediately and starting the purchasing process after summer would allow you to complete your dream design, obtain necessary approvals and secure tradies without extra delays.

What alterations and additions can I make to a standard plan?
At New Level Homes, we have a range of designs to suit most of Perth’s blocks. Whether your block is narrow, square, or even house behind a house we will have a design that fits. But, if our designs aren’t quite what you’re looking for, let us know and we will have our design team work with you to create something that is uniquely you.

Is there a fee for making changes to a standard design?
No there is no design fee. While our design team is dedicated to creating homes for modern liveability, we understand that sometimes you want to put your own stamp on things. That’s why we don’t charge ‘extra’ for your dream design. Once you have your plans finalised, we will price accordingly to include materials, upgrades and construction. Don’t want to go over budget? No problem, we can advise you as we go if you’re desired inclusions will require an increased spend.
