‘HomeBuilder’ Scheme: Score a massive $25,000 Grant!

Federal Government ‘HomeBuilder’ Grant

Complete details and eligibility criteria on the just announced ‘HomeBuilder’ scheme are still being released however these are the key points as we know them now, as per the Australian Government Fact Sheet.

• $25,000 Grants will be available to eligible homeowners
• Aged 18 or over, and an Australian citizen
• You meet the financial caps
• You build a new home as a principal place of residence
• Homebuilder to enter into a building contract between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020
